AFRICAN ASSOCIATION FOR PREVENTION OF ELDERS AND CHILD ABUSE(AAPECA) INTERNATIONAL FOUNDED IN 2010

Projects

AAPECA Projects are partly long time while others are immediate.

Building a Clinic with ultra modern equipments in the rural communities that we operate in Nigeria, Malawi and Ghana.

Bringing to the notice of all the government agencies the need to build juvenile rehabilitation center across Nigeria nation to eliminate abuse of the children who are under 18 years of age who are often detain in Police cell where adults and hardened ciminals are also held ; often the underage who are kept in custody in a cell like this are direct or indirectly abused by the inmates .

In most states across african nations where AAPECA work, observation has been made and findings are that the Child Right Act Convention of United Nation is not enforcement in many underdeveloped African nations which most state in Nigeria is among.

Precisely in Abia State there is no single juvenile rehabilitation center while juvenile crime is pretty high.

AAPECA as Child Right Advocates is lobbying with government agencies to effect a change on this situation the state and other places.

Old People's Home is a top priority in AAPECA's long term project. Many African nations dont know what it really mean to build old people's home, resource centers and rehabilitations. AAPECA is sensitizing the private sectors along side the government agencies on the need to set up projects of this nature that can make society lifely for the senior citizens who have retired form active workforce.
